[Laser assisted eustachian tuboplasty: a case report]

Findings:
- Post-surgery, air conduction thresholds improved significantly, decreasing from 37 dB to 22 dB in the right ear and 38 dB to 33 dB in the left ear.
- Tympanometry shifted from Type B (preoperative) to Type C-1 (right ear) and Type C-2 (left ear), indicating improved middle ear pressure equalization.
- Slightly limited improvement in the left ear was attributed to potentially insufficient tissue ablation.
