Summary
Autonomic nervous system involvement in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) is uncommon. This case study highlights CIDP as a cause for localized hyperhidrosis and Claude Bernard Horner syndrome, responsive to immunotherapy.
