Acute spontaneous subdural haematoma after transsphenoidal surgery

Acute spontaneous subdural haematoma (ASSDH) is a rare complication after transsphenoidal surgery. This case highlights the first instance of ASSDH requiring immediate surgical evacuation following pituitary apoplexy treatment.
