A rare case of renal embolism occurred during percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) when polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement migrated through the vertebral venous system. Careful monitoring and awareness of anatomy are crucial to prevent this complication during PVP procedures.
