Summary

Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) significantly improved PTSD symptoms in adult female rape victims compared to no treatment. Both therapies showed comparable effectiveness at post-treatment and 6-month follow-up.
