Total substitution of the lower urinary tract. A technique for either reconstruction or continent diversion

A technique is described in which the right side of the colon is used for substitution cystourethroplasty, based on the flap valve principle, in order to produce a continent catheterisable outflow. The technique can equally well be used for continent diversion.
