Classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (H/RS) cells show B-cell differentiation immunophenotypes, primarily late germinal center (GC) or post-GC. A subset exhibits indeterminate profiles, suggesting incomplete or ongoing differentiation.
