Background:

  • Stereotactic linear accelerator (linac) radiosurgery has been available in the West Midlands since 1987.
  • It was the first such treatment facility in the United Kingdom.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of linac radiosurgery for high-flow cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
  • To assess treatment outcomes including lesion obliteration, size reduction, and complications.
