Laparoscopic metroplasty for bicornuate uterus

• A repeat hystero-laparoscopy at 3 months demonstrated a single, large, and uniform uterine cavity.
• No significant adhesions were observed within the uterine cavity post-surgery.
• The patient developed cervical insufficiency (incompetent cervical os) following the procedure.

Implications:

• Laparoscopic metroplasty can effectively reconstruct a bicornuate uterus, potentially improving fertility outcomes.
