Summary

A new three-dimensional fast-recovery fast spin-echo (3D FRFSE) sequence significantly improves the visibility of the biliary tree and pancreatic duct on magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) images. This advanced technique offers better visualization compared to conventional two-dimensional sequences.
