Summary

The blue light-filtering AcrySof Natural intraocular lens (IOL) offers visual performance comparable to the AcrySof single-piece IOL. Both IOLs demonstrated significant improvements in contrast sensitivity and color perception post-surgery.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare the postoperative visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, and color perception of the blue light-filtering AcrySof Natural (SN60AT) IOL and the AcrySof single-piece (SA60AT) IOL.
  • To assess the functional visual performance of two distinct IOL models in a clinical setting.
