Background:

  • Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) is a standard non-invasive treatment for urolithiasis.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To test if urinary stone density, measured by CT, can predict successful ESWL treatment.
  • To evaluate the correlation between Hounsfield density values (HDV) and ESWL outcomes.
