Megestrol attenuates the hormonal response to CCK-4-induced panic attacks

Megestrol, a progestational hormone, reduced stress hormone release in healthy males experiencing CCK-4-induced panic attacks. However, it did not significantly alter the panic attack symptoms themselves.
