Upper airway resistance syndrome: a long-term outcome study

Untreated Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS) patients experienced worsening insomnia and fatigue over four years. Most patients did not receive CPAP treatment due to insurance denials, leading to increased medication use.
