Summary

Infliximab is effective for plaque psoriasis, though not FDA-approved. Two patients developed biopsy-confirmed psoriasis after infliximab treatment for inflammatory bowel disease.

  • Clinicians should monitor for new skin conditions in patients on infliximab.
