Summary
A duplicated abducens nerve (cranial nerve VI) was identified in a patient via MRI. Despite the duplication, the patient exhibited normal eye alignment and movement.

- Full duction (individual eye movement) and version (combined eye movement) were observed.

- This case suggests that a duplicated abducens nerve may not necessarily result in strabismus or impaired ocular motility.
- Further research is needed to understand the functional and clinical significance of abducens nerve duplication.
