Primary osteogenic sarcoma of the skull is a rare bone cancer. This case study details a rapidly growing forehead mass in an adult male, confirmed as osteogenic sarcoma via histopathology.

  • Radiological imaging revealed a destructive lesion of the frontal bone extending into the frontal sinus.

Findings:

  • The lesion caused significant extradural compression of the brain parenchyma.
  • Histopathological examination definitively diagnosed the mass as primary osteogenic sarcoma.

Implications:

  • This case highlights the importance of considering rare diagnoses in rapidly growing cranial masses.
