[Preservation of the papilla. Surgical technique]

Describing the technique for laying the implants in osseous defects or with esthetic purpose in anterior upper tooth. In this article we describe only the anterior tooth technique. Also the surgical procedure can be used in posterior area. In this technique the healing process occurred by primary intention, in case of graft have been use, this can not be exfoliative. The gingivals craters can not be developed, which is very common in periodontal flap, and this will be more comfortable for the patient to maintain better oral hygiene.
