Local cell proliferation in rheumatoid synovial tissue: analysis by cyclin expression

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial tissue shows increased cell proliferation markers, including cyclins A and B1 and PCNA, compared to osteoarthritis (OA) and traumatic arthritis (TA). This indicates more cell division in RA, particularly in sublining lymphoid and nonlymphoid cells.
