Neurologic involvement of multiple myeloma. Literature review and case report

A case of malignancy and resultant lower extremity neuropathy is presented. Although not a common cause of such neuropathy, a search should be made for underlying malignancy when more common causes have been ruled out. Early diagnosis and treatment may decrease morbidity and mortality.
