Retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma2 (RORgamma2) regulates thymopoiesis. A novel nucleic-acid-binding protein 1 (NABP1) was discovered, highly expressed in wild-type thymus and suppressed in RORgamma2-deficient mice, suggesting RORgamma2 regulates NABP1.
