[Improved entrance of endodontic treatment :51 cases report.]

The endodontic treatment can be carried out through the improved entrance of labial or buccal surface for the pulpitis and periapical periodontitis of anterior teeth (including premolars) due to the labial or buccal cervical caries and wedge-shaped defects,so that the hard tissues of tooth can be concerted as more as possible and the tooth can be prevented from fracture as a result of too big cavity to be prepared.This paper presents the main points of operation and shows the advantages by means of clinical pictures and radiograph.
