  • A dose escalation study administering 500 to 12,000 mg of curcumin.
  • Standardized, uniformly milled curcumin (C3 Complex) was used.

Main Results:

  • 30% of subjects experienced minimal, non-dose-related toxicity.
  • Curcumin was not detected in serum at doses up to 8,000 mg.
