Abstract:
Berlin's local government is presently trying to implement new regulations for cardiology health care providers. By definition of the criteria for second and third level centers, hospitals should be assessed as to whether they, in the future, will be entitled to provide treatment for patients with acute coronary syndrome. The author, who has been involved in the construction of this project as a representative of public health insurance companies, reports on details of this project. Integrated Health Care will be a major contribution of this regulation.
