Summary

Anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) therapies show significant clinical benefit in metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC), head and neck cancers (SCCHN), and lung cancers (NSCLC). These treatments are manageable and improve patient symptoms, especially in those previously treated.
