Summary

Laparoscopic Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Chemotherapy (LIPHC) effectively controlled malignant ascites in 14 patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis. This minimally invasive treatment offers a beneficial option for patients ineligible for cytoreductive surgery.
