Summary

Psoriasis patients, particularly those with guttate flares, show a higher prevalence of Human Leukocyte Antigen Cw6 (HLA Cw6) and streptococcal infections. However, not all patients with streptococcal-related psoriasis carry the HLA Cw6 genotype.
