Summary

Magnetoencephalography/magnetic source imaging (MEG/MSI) more accurately identifies the epileptogenic zone in children with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and focal epilepsy compared to video-EEG. This finding aids in surgical planning for intractable epilepsy.
