Methionine-enkephalin (Met-Enk) and leucine-enkephalin (Leu-Enk) exhibit dose-dependent immunomodulatory effects in rats. Met-Enk, a more potent immunomodulator, suppressed inflammatory reactions and showed promise for multiple sclerosis treatment.
