Leisure time physical activity and sickness absenteeism; a prospective study

Summary

Workers who are physically active during leisure time experience less sickness absence. Regular physical activity is linked to fewer sick days, particularly for musculoskeletal issues, suggesting benefits for employee health and reduced workplace costs.
