Ester-C calcium ascorbate, a vitamin C supplement, caused significantly fewer stomach issues than regular ascorbic acid (AA) in healthy volunteers sensitive to acidic foods. Ester-C demonstrated superior tolerability, making it a better option for sensitive individuals.
