Abstract:
The current literature review is devoted to infectious complications occurred in intensive care unit. The classification of the complications, the pecularity of microbial spectrum and microbe sensitivity to antibiotics are discussed in the article. Esspecially, special attention is paid to antibiotic resistance. Antimicrobial drugs of choice and principles of antimicrobial regimen prescription are presented in the article in detail.
