Abstract:
An instrument for accurately and expeditiously tightening extracorporeal knots during laparoscopic surgery is presented. This instrument has been used successfully in a variety of laparoscopic procedures such as herniorrhaphy, cholecystectomy, oophorectomy, and others in which sutures were required to complete the operation.
