  • This seizure occurred for the second time following vardenafil intake; brain MRI revealed no pre-existing lesions.

  • The patient's seizure may be attributed to the drug's inherent epileptogenic potential or its vascular effects.
  • Previous reports include only two cases of generalized tonic-clonic seizures linked to sildenafil use.

Implications:

  • This case suggests a potential association between vardenafil and epileptic seizures.
