Myasthenia gravis (MG) patients may experience central nervous system (CNS) symptoms due to antibodies attacking muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (AChRs). These antibodies might cross-react with neuronal alpha-9 AChR subunits in the CNS, potentially causing these rare symptoms.
