Rapidly growing endobronchial hamartoma with bone marrow tissue

A rare, rapidly growing pulmonary hamartoma containing bone marrow was found in a 29-year-old woman. This endobronchial tumor showed increased activity on bone scintigraphy, indicating significant osteoplastic activity.
