  • To develop and evaluate a quantitative composite scoring tool (QCST) for predicting orthopaedic residency outcomes.
  • To assess the predictive validity of the QCST against established performance metrics.

  • Analyzed four predictors (USMLE Part I, Alpha Omega Alpha, junior clerkship honors, QCST) in 64 residents.
