Summary

Freeze-dried demineralized bone matrix (FDBM) fabricated with nanoscale topography using Nd:YAG laser irradiation enhances osteoblast activity. This novel scaffold shows significant osteogenic potential for tissue-engineered bone reconstruction in vivo.
