Summary

Nasal septal cysts, a rare complication after septal surgery, can cause significant nasal obstruction. This case highlights successful endoscopic management of a large septal cyst using a septal flap to repair perforation.

  • Endoscopic septal flap creation and repair of the septal perforation were performed under local anesthesia.
  • No recurrence was observed during an 18-month follow-up period.
