Summary

Flow-cytometric immunophenotyping is now a routine diagnostic tool for identifying lymphocyte subpopulations in blood and lymphoid organs. This method aids in diagnosing hematological and immunological disorders and detecting minimal residual disease in leukemia and lymphoma.
