Delayed foreign body reaction following air gun-pellet trauma

A case report of a 20-year, delayed foreign body reaction is presented. The unique, accidental, self-inflicted trauma circumstances of the air gun pellet (B-B) injury to the foot are reported. The basic preoperative and postoperative considerations of excision are also reviewed.
