Public attitudes toward genetic testing: perceived benefits and objections

Public attitudes toward genetic testing are influenced by perceived usefulness and moral acceptability. Familiarity with genetic diseases and belief in health benefits decrease opposition, while viewing testing as "tampering with nature" increases it.
