Abstract:
This article provides practical guidelines for plastic surgeons who want to incorporate submuscular gluteal augmentation into their body-contouring procedures to enhance the overall results of their patients. Technical tips for improving results and avoiding complications are provided. The author also weighs the advantages and disadvantages of gel and elastomer silicone implants.
