Dentistry and the Law Conference, November 9, 1990

Dr. Guaccio was the only general dentist invited to present material on dental implants at the 3rd Annual Dentistry and the Law Conference held in conjunction with the Loyola School of Law and Randall K. Berning & Associates on November 9, 1990, in Chicago. The presentation was made before a group composed mainly of persons with degrees in both law and dentistry as well as individuals from dental schools and department chairpersons. Representatives from the various specialty organizations were also in attendance. The presentation made by Dr. Guaccio brings to light several of the problems facing the dental profession as it attempts to come to grips with legal issues surrounding dental implant care.
