Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Interleukin-8 (IL-8) mRNA levels are significantly elevated in basal cell carcinoma (BCC) tumor tissue compared to healthy skin. This study highlights the role of IL-6 and IL-8 in BCC development and progression.
