Summary

Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA)-DQw2 specificity is linked to HLA-DR3 and HLA-DR7. Restriction fragment length polymorphisms and electrophoresis revealed distinct DQ alpha and beta chain variations associated with these specificities.
