Interleukin-1 gene complex in schizophrenia: an association study.

Summary
This study found no association between interleukin-1 (IL-1) gene complex polymorphisms and schizophrenia susceptibility. Genetic variations in IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, and IL-1RA do not appear to increase the risk for developing schizophrenia.
