A rare case of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infective endocarditis (IE) resistant to vancomycin and linezolid was successfully treated with quinupristin/dalfopristin in a non-drug user. This highlights a novel treatment approach for challenging MRSA infections.
