Is it important to restrict head movement after Epley maneuver?

Postmaneuver postural restrictions did not significantly impact outcomes for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients treated with the Epley maneuver. Clinical improvement and absence of positional nystagmus were similar between groups one week post-treatment.
