Depot medroxyprogesterone acetate subcutaneous injection (DMPA-SC 104) use leads to reduced irregular bleeding and increased amenorrhea over time. Bleeding pattern changes were consistent across age and BMI subgroups with continued DMPA-SC 104 use.
